CSM Louis C. Felicioni was born in Grand Rapids, Michigan and entered the U. S. Army on March 2, 1988. He completed Basic Training at Fort Dix, NJ and Advanced Individual Training at Fort Eustis, Virginia, with the MOS of 67R, AH-64 Attack Helicopter Repairer. CSM Felicioni has also graduated from the United States Army Sergeants Major Academy (Class 55), Aviation Accident Prevention Safety Course, Air Assault School and has a Bachelors of Science Degree.

 

His duties and assignments include Helicopter Repairer, Platoon Sergeant and Aircraft Technical Inspector with the 1st Squadron, 6th Cavalry Regiment at Fort Hood, TX until 1994; Aircraft Technical Inspector and Quality Control Supervisor with the 3rd Squadron, 6th Cavalry Regiment at Fort Hood, TX and Camp Humphreys, Korea (1994-1997); Quality Control Supervisor and Platoon Sergeant with the 1st Battalion, 3rd Aviation Regiment at Fort Stewart, GA (1997-1999); First Sergeant for Bravo Company, 1st Battalion, 2nd Aviation Regiment at Camp Page, Korea (1999-2000); First Sergeant for HHC, 1st Battalion, 2nd Aviation Regiment at Camp Page Korea (2000-2001); First Sergeant for Charlie Company, 2nd Battalion, 2nd Aviation Regiment at Camp Stanley, Korea (2001-2002); First Sergeant for Nomad Troop, 4 Squadron, 3 Armored Cavalry Regiment at Fort Carson, CO (2002-2004); and Command Sergeant Major of 1-3 Aviation Regiment at Hunter Army Airfield, GA. CSM Felicioni's deployment experience includes OIF I, III and V/VI.
