Scheduling An Appointment
Welcome to the new online appointment scheduling system! This system is operated by an email supported process that will allow the ID Card Section to book and confirm your appointment. You will need an Army Knowledge Online (AKO) email account to view the appointment calendar and request an appointment. Directions for establishing an AKO account are given on the initial page of the AKO web site. Eligible people for an AKO account include Active Army, Army Reserve, National Guard, DA Civilian, Retired Army, and Army Guests.
When making a request, please indicate the number of family members requiring an ID card and if family members over the age of 21 will be included (Student).
Please read the following prior to scheduling:
All family members, unaccompanied family members, DA/DOD civilian employees, contractors, retired military personnel and family members are required to make an appointment for issuance of new and/or renewal ID cards. Issuance of ID cards in emergency situations will be limited and on a case-by-case basis.
For all those individuals, with the exception of 3d ID Soldiers, needing to obtain either initial ID Cards or renewals, the Stewart ID Card Section is now operating by appointment only, with emergencies being handled on a case by case basis, and the Hunter ID Card Section will migrate to an appointment only system effective 15 Dec 09, with emergencies being handled on a case by case basis.
For further assistance or information you may contact the Fort Stewart ID Card Section at 912-767-4909 or 912-767-7458 and the Hunter ID Card Section at 912-315-5726.
